Can you tell me a little about how it works?

Kelly personally works with only a select few clients at a time. On some projects I work with you personally and for others I work with the client’s other partners or my own business partners depending on the scope of the project.

I will analyze your business model and business content and will work extensively with the client’s proprietary materials (logos, content, forms, notes, previous and current information products in development, emails sent between the principals within the company on project development matters, phone meetings and some meetings in person with company principals, etc.). As you can imagine, being an outside consultant, this process requires a tremendous amount of trust as a lot of very sensitive information is disclosed during this interview process.

My clients trust me immensely and work very closely with me on their projects, knowing their confidences will be held in complete confidentiality as well as non-disclosure and the understanding that the information I work with is strictly proprietary.

We combine Brand and Business Development. The fees are discussed and determined at the onset of the project based on the nature and scope of the project. I/We require retainer fees and all travel related projects are taken care of in advance by the client. 

How would I engage you for your Brand Management and Development services?

If you are interested in working together on a project, you can schedule a Pre-Qualifying Interview. It allows me to give some thought to the nature and the scope of the project, the allotted budget and timeline prior to our Consultation Interview.

  • All Consultation Interviews are done by phone. The fee is $325 for an hour Consultation Interview that will be applied to the overall retainer fee if we go forward with a project.
  • If travel on-site is required, my day rate is $1550 per day on site plus all travel and related expenses paid in advance as a retainer. If we move forward on a project, which is usually the case, my day rate is applied to and folded into the overall monthly retainer for project expenses.
  • A clearly defined contract is signed by both parties.
  • CT-NETWORK tends to accept projects with a 6 month to 1 year timeline with a monthly retainer paid at the onset of each month services are rendered. Because we give a tremendous amount of intensive time focused on the project at hand, our monthly retainer fees range $2,500.00 – $5,000 per client as a baseline. If I bring in my business partners, these fees are additional.
  • Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure forms are signed by both parties.

Are those fees binding?

I share my/our fees publicly so that we don’t get into the Consultation Interview only to find out that there isn’t a solid budget for my/our services or there is a desire for some kind of bartering service exchange or payment on delivery (i.e., at the end of the project). I want to be clear up front that retainer fees and all travel and business related expenses are paid up front upon signing the contract, are legal and binding, and are REQUIRED prior to delivering services.
